Class Bookings All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.
Cancellations & Changes Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your class, your booking credit will be returned to your account to use towards a future class, within the validity period of your package or membership.
Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are classed as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
No-Shows If you do not attend your booked class, the session will be deducted from your package or membership and no refund will be issued.
Private / Duet Sessions Private and duet sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the full session being charged.
Make-Up Classes Where a class is cancelled in line with the 24-hour cancellation policy, your credit may be used to book another class within the validity period of your package or membership. Credits cannot be carried over beyond the package expiry date.
Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. cór does not offer cash refunds.
