Refund policy

Class Bookings
• All classes must be booked in advance.
• Changes or cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled class.

Late Cancellations
• Cancellations within 12 hours of class will incur a 50% class credit deduction.
• No-shows result in full class deduction from your package or membership.

Private / Duet Sessions
• Must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations incur a full session charge.

Make-Up Classes
If you cancel in advance, your class may be rescheduled within the validity of your package.
Classes cannot be carried over beyond the package expiration.

Our small class sizes mean each spot is valuable.
